Das ist meine diesjährige Ausbeute:
mit ein paar der Bilder bin ich ganz im Glück - insgesamt habe ich im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr einen ganz schönen Schritt in die richtige Richtung gemacht.
Das ist toll wenn man das durch den 12 monatigen Abstand so deutlich erkennt.
Abgesehen von Ergebnis ist es aber sowieso das tollste dort überhaupt gemalt zu haben: man saugt beim Malen die Orte und Stimmungen so in sich auf und bewahrt so die Erinnerung an die schöne Zeit besser, als es jedes Fotoalbum könnte!
That's my catch of the two weeks:
with a few of the paintings I'm quite happy - all in all I made a nice step in the right direction compared to last year.
That's great when you can see that so clearly from the 12-month interval.
Apart from the result, it's the greatest thing to have painted there anyway: you soak up the places and moods while painting and keep the memory of the beautiful time better than any photo album could!
