Als logische Konsequenz aus meiner Pleinairbuch ergibt sich natürlich, dass ich anfangen werde zu unterrichten. Das Konzept dafür habe ich ja schon geschrieben mit den Buch - nun gilt es zu testen, ob das auch in der Praxis so funktioniert...
Deswegen gebe ich nun private Workshops, noch im Einzelunterricht - bevor ich dann nächstes Jahr bei Boesner Tagesworkshops anbiete - und ganze Malwochen über ArtistTravel.
Die Termine werde ich dann natürlich auch hier bekannt geben.
Mein erstes „Opfer“ habe ich bei den Urbansketchern gefunden: Sibylle ist es schon gewohnt draußen zu zeichnen - hatte aber noch nie in Öl gemalt.
Wir haben vorab einen kleinen Ölskizze genalt (eine Pochade) damit sie schon mal ein Gefühl für die Ölfarben bekam und sich mit den Motiv vertraut machen konnte. Danach haben wir dann das dabei Gelernte schon gleich in groß umgesetzt. Es war ein bisschen schwierig, da an diesem bedecken Abend die Kontraste von Licht und Schatten fehlten ... dafür hatten wir stabile Lichtverhältnisse.
Toll, wie sie alles auf Anhieb verstanden hat, was ich ihr erzählte und auch gleich super umsetzte: guckt, das ist ihr allererstes Ölbild!!!

My first "victim" I found in the urbansketchers: Sibylle is already used to drawing outside - but had never painted in oil before.
We made a small oil sketch (a pochade) in advance so that she could get a feeling for the oil colours and familiarise herself with the motif. Afterwards we have already converted what we have learned into big painting. It was a bit difficult, because on this overcast evening the contrasts of light and shadow were missing ... but we had stable lighting conditions
It's great how she understood everything I told her at first go and how she put it into practice: look, this is her very first oil painting!
