Kirschblüten

 

Heute habe ich wieder Blüten gemalt, dieses mal näher dran.

Mien Fokus lag darauf das Durcheinander der vielen kleinen Blüten einzufangen ohne es zu sehr aufzuräumen - dabei die Blüten nicht alle auszuarbeiten sondern unspezifisch zu bleiben, was mir wohl nur zum Teil gelungen ist.

Ich weiß nicht genau, ob das Kirschblüten oder Kirschpflaumenblüten sind - wegen der frühen Blüte vermute ich letzteres.

Ich hänge mal ältere Blütencloseups an, um zu zeigen wie weit mein Weg bis hier war - und auf dem ich mich noch weiterhin befinde :-)

Der Fortschritt ist relativ langsam, da ich dieses Motiv ja nur einmal im Jahr male ....

Today I painted flowers again, this time closer to them.

My focus was to capture the mess of the many small blossoms without order it up too much - not to work out all the blossoms but to remain unspecific, which I probably only partly succeeded in doing.

I don't know exactly whether these are cherry blossoms or cherry plum blossoms - because of the early flowering I suspect the latter.

I'm attaching older flower closeups to show how far I've come - and how far I'm still coming :-)

The progress is relatively slow, as I paint this motif only once a year ....
