Blick auf EZB vom Ostparkweiher in Frankfurt

Diesen sehr heißen Sommertag beschloss ich am Weiher im Ostpark zu verbringen (leider darf man das nicht rein).

Mit der Komposition des Bildes bin ich nicht besonders zufrieden, ich hatte mir den Standort wegen des Schattens ausgesucht, nicht wegen des Blickes - und dann einfach gemalt, was man von dort sehen konnte (Blick auf die EZB).

Es wird nicht ganz klar, was ich mit den Bild erzählen wollte (wahrscheinlich nichts -  außer, dass es heiß war 🥵).

I decided to spend this very hot summer day at the pond in Ostpark (unfortunately you're not allowed to go in there).

I'm not particularly happy with the composition of the painting, I had chosen the location because of the shade, not because of the view - and then just painted what you could see from there (view of the ECB).

It's not entirely clear what I wanted to say with this one (probably nothing - except that it was hot 🥵).
