bis wir diesen schönen Blick gefunden hatten.
Die erste Stunde war es bedeckt, da waren kaum Kontraste ohne Sonne, so malte ich ein recht maues Bild.
Doch dann: kam die Sonne raus!
Und die zauberte Sonnenflecken unter die Platanen und machte aus dem fast flächig braunroten Ding erst den Dom.
Diese Lichtkanten zum Schluß überall draufzusetzen, und zu sehen was das mit dem Bild machte: ich war richtig high :-)
After the lunch break I went with 2 of the Urbansketcher further on motive search, and it took forever, until we had found this beautiful view.
The first hour it was overcast light, there were hardly any contrasts without sun, so I painted a rather boring painting.
But then: the sun came out!
And the magic sunspots under the plane trees and on the buildings made the almost flat brown-red thing into the cathedral.
To put these light edges at the end everywhere on it, and to see what this did with the peinting:
I was nearly high :-)
