Heute kam die Sonne noch mal raus – und wärmte tatsächlich schon ein bisschen (wobei der See noch immer eine dünne Eisschicht hat).
Dieses Bild malte ich begleitet vom Gurgeln des Überlaufs und dem Rascheln des Schilfs... ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt: wahrscheinlich hab ich deshalb etwas länger als sonst (und deswegen auch detaillierter) gemalt.
Today, the sun came out again – and actually warmed things up a little (although the lake still has a thin layer of ice on it).
I painted this one accompanied by the gurgling of the overflow and the rustling of the reeds... I felt very comfortable: that's probably why I painted a little longer than usual (and therefore in more detail).
