Diesen wunderschönen Baum malte ich am Abend des ersten Workshopstags, noch ganz beglückt von der netten Gruppe, mit der ich diese Woche verbringen werde. Den wollte ich schon in den letzten beiden Jahren malen und bin sehr froh, dass ich ihn nun bei so einem schönen Licht erwischt habe.
I painted this beautiful tree on the evening of the first day of the workshop, still feeling delighted by the lovely group I’ll be spending the week with. I’d been wanting to paint it for the past two years, and I’m so glad I finally got to capture it in such beautiful light.
