Der perfekt Ort für diesen unglaublich heißen Sommertag:
Der Helmachweiher im Pfälzer Wald. Mit ganz klarem Wasser (trotz Dürre noch randvoll) und erstaunlich kalt.
Die Farben haben es mir schon immer sehr angetan, und endlich habe ich sie gemalt.
Das nette Paar erlaubte mir sie zu malen, und beide hielten freundlicherweise sehr lange still.

The Helmachweiher in the Palatinate Forest. The water is crystal clear (still completely full despite the drought) and surprisingly cold.
I’ve always been captivated by the colors, and I finally got around to painting them.
The nice couple let me paint them, and they were both kind enough to sit still for a very long time.
