Dieses Bild habe ich nach dem ersten Boesner Workshop Tag im Johannapark in Leipzig gemalt.
Das Licht war unglaublich schön und es war ein ganz wunderbarer warmer Sommerabend... Ich hätte im Anschluß gleich noch weiter malen können – aber irgendwann muss ich ja auch mal Feierabend machen!
Deswegen zeige ich das schöne Nocturne Motiv ausnahmsweise nur als Foto.
Ach und: Am Tag vor dem Workshop habe ich mich bin Bernadette getroffen, eine ganz liebe Malfreundin: wir habe mehr gequatscht als gemalt... ich zeig hier trotzdem unsere kleinen Mini-Werke, weil sie so nett geworden sind.

I painted this scene after the first day of the Boesner workshop at Johannapark in Leipzig.
The light was incredibly beautiful, and it was such a wonderful, warm summer evening... I could have kept painting right after that—but at some point, I have to call it a day!
That’s why, just this once, I’m showing this beautiful nocturnal scene only as a photo.
Oh, and: The day before the workshop, I met up with Bernadette, a very dear fellow painter—we chatted more than we painted… but I’m showing our little mini-artworks here anyway because they turned out so nicely.
